Vibe Magazine called

Bahamadia was about ready to take the underground by storm with her freshman outing "KOLLAGE" with production from DJ Premier,
The Fugees had already dropped their debut album and was soon to make history & drop the seminal album "The Score",
Add to that newcomers Precise (who shines like a super nova on this one), Uneek (of DJ Doo Wops Bounce Squad) and Tripp
the beat was cool, but the lyrics on this 12" proved the ladies could hang on ALL levels,
this is hip hop..and these are MC's
the B side has PRECISE flowing on "Big Kap Is Illin"
Of course Lauryn Hill & Bahamadia hit big a year later in 1996, I had always wondered what happened to the other young ladies, but after looking them up I see PRECISE has been busy, doing features on songs with Jaheim (lil Nigga aint mine), Luther Vandross (Get it right & Nights in harlem) and Donell Jones (Shory got her eyes on me-Remix)
I couldn't find much on Uneek and Tripp (leave a message if you have info on what they're doing)
so you can thank PRECISE for this posting...I heard a new 12" from her
featuring Renee Neufville (Of ZHANE) and decided to post this one
as a testament to how tight she is on the flow and lyrics

on a little side note Precise and Uneek were not necessarily newcomers ...Precise had a full album out back in 91 on Luke Records titled "Precisely done" then none as The Pre C.I.S.E M.C., and Uneek was part of a group called The Ghetto Girlz who released an album in 92 "Ain't takin no shit". Both ladies remain severly underrated on the female MC tip.
